God is our father, yet somehow we believe that a parents love is
unconditional and never fades. This is all together untrue; people take a
verse(s) out of context and conclude that
God is Love. Well, technically the Bible says God is Love,
therefore
GOD IS LOVE. However,
in love sometimes people must die!
 This
type of love is radically different from what most humans (especially those
that dwell in the America
) are used to, but let's study the Bible just a
little and see if we can find a parallel:

The Lord God referred to in the 25th chapter of the book of
Jeremiah, is Jesus!
How can you be sure?
These are the same headlines and details attributed to Jesus in
the Book of Revelation.
"And I beheld when he had opened the sixth seal, and, lo,
there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair,
and the moon became as blood; And the stars of heaven fell unto the earth, even
as a fig tree casteth her untimely figs, when she is shaken of a mighty wind.
And the heaven departed as a scroll when it is rolled together; and every
mountain and island were moved out of their places. And the kings of the earth,
and the great men, and the rich men, and the chief captains, and the mighty
men, and every bondman, and every free man, hid themselves in the dens and in
the rocks of the mountains; And said to the mountains and rocks, Fall on us,
and hide us from the face of him that sitteth on the throne, and from the wrath
of the Lamb: For the great day of his wrath is come; and who shall be able to
stand?
"
Revelation 6:12-17

Who do you suppose is ordering the angels here: "And
another angel came out of the temple which is in heaven, he also having a sharp
sickle. And another angel came out from the altar, which had power over fire;
and cried with a loud cry to him that had the sharp sickle, saying, Thrust in
thy sharp sickle, and gather the clusters of the vine of the earth; for her grapes
are fully ripe. And the angel thrust in his sickle into the earth, and gathered
the vine of the earth, and cast it into the great winepress of the wrath of
God. And the winepress was trodden without the city, and
The average horse stands approx. 64 inches tall. The mouth is
slightly lower than that…
SOO  A RIVER OF BLOOD, OVER
35 INCHES (3-4 FEET)TALL STRECHING blood came out of the winepress, even unto
the horse bridles, by the space of a thousand and six hundred furlongs [184-200
miles].
" Revelation 14:17-20

So
much blood when Jesus returns, it will come up to a horses mouth!

God Is Love: Parents killing their children... ¿Christ-Like?

The image below was about a 7 year old boy, whom was killed for not reading his Bible.

God is our father, yet somehow we believe that a parents love is unconditional and never fades. This is all together untrue; people take a verse(s) out of context and conclude that God is Love. Well, technically the Bible says God is Love, therefore GOD IS LOVE. However, in love sometimes people must die! This type of love is radically different from what most humans (especially those that dwell in the America) are used to, but let's study the Bible just a little and see if we can find a parallel:

"The word that came to Jeremiah concerning all the people of Judah in the fourth year of Jehoiakim the son of Josiah king of Judah, that was the first year of Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon; The which Jeremiah the prophet spake unto all the people of Judah, and to all the inhabitants of Jerusalem, saying, From the thirteenth year of Josiah the son of Amon king of Judah, even unto this day, that is the three and twentieth year, the word of the Lord hath come unto me, and I have spoken unto you, rising early and speaking; but ye have not hearkened. And the Lord hath sent unto you all his servants the prophets, rising early and sending them; but ye have not hearkened, nor inclined your ear to hear. They said, Turn ye again now every one from his evil way, and from the evil of your doings, and dwell in the land that the Lord hath given unto you and to your fathers for ever and ever: And go not after other gods to serve them, and to worship them, and provoke me not to anger with the works of your hands; and I will do you no hurt. Yet ye have not hearkened unto me, saith the Lord; that ye might provoke me to anger with the works of your hands to your own hurt. Therefore thus saith the Lord of hosts; Because ye have not heard my words,

For thus saith the Lord God of Israel unto me; Take the wine cup of this fury at my hand, and cause all the nations, to whom I send thee, to drink it. And they shall drink, and be moved, and be mad, because of the sword that I will send among them. Then took I the cup at the Lord's hand, and made all the nations to drink, unto whom the Lord had sent me: To wit, Jerusalem, and the cities of Judah, and the kings thereof, and the princes thereof, to make them a desolation, an astonishment, an hissing, and a curse; as it is this day;

And all the kings of the north, far and near, one with another, and ALL the kingdoms of the WORLD, which are UPON the FACE OF THE EARTH: and the king of Sheshach shall drink after them. Therefore thou shalt say unto them, Thus saith the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel; Drink ye, and be drunken, and spue, and fall, and rise no more, because of the sword which I will send among you. And it shall be, if they refuse to take the cup at thine hand to drink, then shalt thou say unto them, Thus saith the Lord of hosts; Ye shall certainly drink." Jeremiah 25:1-8, 15-18, 26-28

Here we have an end-time prophecy, where the Lord is repaying ALL his children of their iniquity. Notice how he mentions ALL nations, because God is angry with the world, starting with the children of Israel.
WHY??

"For, lo, I begin to bring evil on the city which is called by my name, and should ye be utterly unpunished? Ye shall not be unpunished: for I will call for a sword upon all the inhabitants of the earth, saith the Lord of hosts.

Thus saith the Lord of hosts, Behold, evil shall go forth from nation to nation, and a great whirlwind shall be raised up from the coasts of the earth. And THE SLAIN OF THE LORD shall be AT THAT DAY from ONE END OF the EARTH even unto the OTHER END of the EARTH: they shall not be lamented, neither gathered, nor buried; they shall be dung upon the ground.

And the shepherds shall have no way to flee, nor the principal of the flock to escape."
Jeremiah 25:29, 32-33, 35

Not only does the Lord have a controversy with the world in general but on the day of the Lord's vengeance— the day when he will kill people from one end of the earth to the other end of the earth— during this time period, when there will be so many dead bodies throughout the earth, they will be like excrement (boo-boo) laying on the ground.
False prophets false teachers ( known and/or unknown) Will also be hunted down and killed.

So much blood when Jesus returns, it will come up to a horses mouth.

And finally:
"And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and MAKE WAR.

And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God.

And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God.

And I saw an angel standing in the sun; and he cried with a loud voice, saying to all the fowls that fly in the midst of heaven, Come and gather yourselves together unto the supper of the great God; That ye may eat the flesh of kings, and the flesh of captains, and the flesh of mighty men, and the flesh of horses, and of them that sit on them, and the flesh of all men, both free and bond, both small and great.

And the remnant were slain with the sword of him that sat upon the horse, which sword proceeded out of his mouth: and all the fowls were filled with their flesh." Revelation 19:11, 13, 15, 17-18, 21

Grace & Peace in
the name of Jesus. Special edition of StudyTheBibleNotTheSermon. The name of
this one: The Pope says Jesus is Just Like Isis... Technically he is Right!
Technically he is CORRECT!
Let’s get into this…
Hear me out.
Matthew 28 18 And
Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven
and in earth. 19 Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the
name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:20 teaching them to
observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you
alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen. Matt. 28:18-20
Nothing about that
other stuff that Isis does… In Deuteronomy 30 Moses laid life and good, death
and evil before the people and told them to CHOOSE life and live. You get
stoned after you chose life but acted evil. The Bible says you stone people in
order to get, “evil,” from among you! Muhammad on the other hand ok’d Jihad.
TakeOver… The Breaks over!
This Jihad, is how
Islam took over the Middle East, it is how the Moors took over Spain etc. Jesus
gave His disciple’s power over devils. Not over the King.
Luke 9:1-6
9 Then he called his
twelve disciples together, and gave them power and authority over all devils,
and to cure diseases. 2 And he sent them to preach the kingdom of God, and to
heal the sick. 3 And he said unto them, Take nothing for your journey, neither
staves, nor scrip, neither bread, neither money; neither have two coats
apiece.4 And whatsoever house ye enter into, there abide, and thence depart. 5
And whosoever will not receive you, when ye go out of that city, shake off the
very dust from your feet for a testimony against them. 6 And they departed, and
went through the towns, preaching the gospel, and healing everywhere.
Shake the dust off
your feet as a testimony against them. Those were your instructions if the
people will not hear you! The Roman Empire was NOT threatened by Christianity;
On the contrary, they were prophesied by Christianity. The elders of what we
now call Christianity prophesied the Roman Empire. Herod felt threatened by
Jesus because he did Not understand the scriptures. This Herod in Luke 9, and
the other Herod from Luke 1&2.
This coming from the
Pope is the irony in irony, if you don’t know why, Google the history of the
Popes aka Bishop of Rome aka Vicar of Christ, whatever whatever…
Lastly, to his credit,
the “Christian Kings,” “Emperors,” and Popes of History have been a bit extreme
and intolerant of other ‘Christian,’ let alone Muslims or some other Pagan type
religion…
So in that way jesus
similar to Isis. That OTHER JESUS mentioned in 2Corinthians 11:4 or the other Christ’s
mentioned by Jesus Himself in Matthew 24:5 & Mark 13.

¿Does God Reeeally Love EvErYoNe?

The purpose of this series is to paint a realistic picture of the one we call Jesus Christ; To diminish the image of a soft and cuddly Christ, and reinforce the image of a supremely dangerous individual (if you are on the wrong side of His wrath).

"Behold, the day of the Lord cometh, and thy spoil shall be divided in the midst of thee. For I will gather ALL nations against Jerusalem to battle; and the city shall be taken, and the houses rifled, and the women ravished; and half of the city shall go forth into captivity, and the residue of the people shall not be cut off from the city. Then shall the Lord go forth and fight against those nations, as when he fought in the day of battle.

And ye shall flee to the valley of the mountains; for the valley of the mountains shall reach unto Azal: yea, ye shall flee, like as ye fled from before the earthquake in the days of Uzziah king of Judah: and the Lord my God shall  come, and all the saints with thee.  And it shall come to pass in that day, that the light shall not be clear, nor dark: But it shall be one day which shall be known to the Lord, not day, nor night: but it shall come to pass, that at evening time it shall be light.

And the Lord shall be king over all the earth: in that day shall there be one Lord, and his name one.

And this shall be the plague wherewith the Lord will smite all the people that have fought against Jerusalem; Their flesh shall consume away while they stand upon their feet, and their eyes shall consume away in their holes, and their tongue shall consume away in their mouth. And it shall come to pass in that day, that a great tumult from the Lord shall be among them; and they shall lay hold every one on the hand of his neighbour, and his hand shall rise up against the hand of his neighbour

And so shall be the plague of the horse, of the mule, of the camel, and of the ass, and of all the beasts that shall be in these tents, as this plague." Zechariah 14:1-3, 5-7, 9, 12-13, 15

Now, I know what you're thinking, "this is the old testament," And, "how can we be sure that this is even Jesus?

"When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand:) Then let them which be in Judaea flee into the mountains: Let him which is on the housetop not come down to take any thing out of his house: Neither let him which is in the field return back to take his clothes.

For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be. And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect's sake those days shall be shortened.

For wheresoever the carcase is, there will the eagles be gathered together. Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken: And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the othe
r." Matthew 24:15-18, 21-22, 28-31

This is the same Jesus, describing the same event that the prophet Zechariah saw. When Jesus descends, meets the saints in the air, and continues to the earth in order to invade the earth. At which time, soooo many people will die that, 'ALL' of the tribes of the earth will mourn.

How can we ensure that we are saints, so that we can avoid being one of the carcasses that the eagles gather together to eat?

Study and believe the Old AND the New Testament: "Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus." Revelation 14:12

May the Lord add a blessing to the patience of the saints... In Jesus name

How important is the Word: Old Testament and/or New Testament? Why shoul...

I would like to pose a question, that I have never heard
addressed by contemporary Christians, in all the churches that I ever
visited:

If we should live by every word of
God, why do preachers make statements like, 'the Old Testament has been done
away with?
' I understand their point but Jesus said
EVERY word...

'...man shall not live by bread
alone, but by every word of God.'

Most pastors would have us all to believe that
when Jesus made this statement that He had a little pocket New Testament Bible
in his shirt pocket...
Unfortunately, we must reject this inference because When
Jesus made the above statement to Satan, THERE WAS NO NEW
TESTAMENT WRITTEN!

Consider that during Jesus entire earthly life,
his death, resurrection, during the time that the Apostles were actually doing
those things actually recorded in the book of Acts, ALL the epistles AND the
book of Revelation every time an Apostle refers to the scriptures; Word of God,
Word of truth; or GOSPEL, they are 100% of the time referred to
Genesis-Malachi!

Food 4 thought: (you do the dishes): Peter preached the gospel
to Cornelius and his house
(Acts 10without quoting any New
Testament verses
! (Because there were none!)

"Then the Spirit said unto Philip, Go near, and join
thyself to this chariot.
30 And Philip ran thither to him, and heard him read the prophet Esaias,
and said, Understandest thou what thou readest?
31 And he said, How can I, except some MAN should GUIDE me? And he desired Philip that he would come up and sit with
him.
32 The place of the scripture which he read was this, He
was led as a sheep to the slaughter; and like a lamb dumb before his shearer,
so opened he not his mouth:
33 In his humiliation his judgment was taken away: and who
shall declare his generation? for his life is taken from the earth.
34 And the eunuch answered Philip, and said, I pray thee,
of whom speaketh the prophet this? of himself, or of some other man?
35 Then Philip opened his mouth, and began AT THE SAME SCRIPTURE, and preached unto him Jesus." Acts 8:29-35

Philip preached Christ
without a New Testament Epistle and began his preaching from the "
prophet,"
Isaiah. (
Acts 8:35)

How could the Apostles preach a 'New,' thing from the same, "Old Testament?" And if they could preach and others could hear and receive the Word, what would be the purpose of pretending that the New Testament by itself is even a good idea?

Perhaps this is why Jesus, had the prophet Isaiah to write (if
you are a 'New Testament Christian,' then you probably don't know a lot about
Isaiah
): "
To the law AND to the testimony: if they speak not according
to this word
, it is because
there is no light in them.Isaiah 8:20

God's Law was around Before Moses, AND BEFORE Adam!

"Legalist,"
is the title that Christendom gives you when you honor the laws written in the Old Testament.  Oftentimes these laws are referred to as, 'The Laws of Moses.' The Bible even calls them that from time to time: 2 Chronicles 30:16 / Ezra 7:6 /Daniel 9:13 / Malachi 4/4 etc.
It is referenced in  this way, because the law was dictated to Moses, and the word which Moses heard was recorded in 5 books called the books of Moses. Also, Moses was the intercessor, the nation of Israel was, 'baptized,' unto Moses 1 Corinthians 10:1-4

However, contrary to popular belief, the law was in existence BEFORE Moses, before Israel became a nation, and even BEFORE Abraham!

Let's go all the way back to the beginning: "And Adam knew Eve his wife; and she conceived, and bare Cain, and said, I have gotten a man from the Lord. And she again bare his brother Abel. And Abel was a keeper of sheep, but Cain was a tiller of the ground. And in process of time it came to pass, that Cain brought of the fruit of the ground an offering unto the Lord. And Abel, he also brought of the firstlings of his flock and of the fat thereof. And the Lord had respect unto Abel and to his offering: But unto Cain and to his offering he had not respect. And Cain was very wroth, and his countenance fell. And the Lord said unto Cain, Why art thou wroth? and why is thy countenance fallen? If thou doest well, shalt thou not be accepted? and if thou doest not well, sin lieth at the door. And unto thee shall be his desire, and thou shalt rule over him.
And Cain talked with Abel his brother: and it came to pass, when they were in the field, that Cain rose up against Abel his brother, and slew him. And the Lord said unto Cain, Where is Abel thy brother? And he said, I know not: Am I my brother's keeper? And he said, What hast thou done? the voice of thy brother's blood crieth unto me from the ground. And now art thou cursed from the earth, which hath opened her mouth to receive thy brother's blood from thy hand;Genesis 4:1-11

The confrontation of Cain and Abel shows us examples of how the laws of God (10 Commandments) were in effect during the life span of Adam and Eve. Cain killed his brother Abel. When God asked Cain about the incident, Cain, first decided to lie. This lie, "I know not,"
proves to us all, thousands of years later, that Cain fully understood the law/commandment that says, "Thou shalt not Kill."

If Cain was ignorant of the law, what reason would he have to lie about his actions? If no one ever told him that bringing about someone else's death was not Okay, he would have boldly said that he killed his brother! Instead he lied, then covered his lie with an apathetic statement: "Am I my brother's keeper?"

Cain's only reason to lie was the same reason Adam hid after eating of the tree of the knowledge of Good and evil (Genesis 3:7-11).
Because he knew better, but didn't Do better!

For more on this issue, be sure to check out the video for deeper insight into the Law that was around BEFORE Moses AND Adam!

May the Lord add a blessing to the reading of His word.

God's Law Around Before Moses

"The word of the Lord came again unto me, saying, Son of man, say unto the prince of Tyre, Thus saith the Lord God; Because thine heart is lifted up, and thou hast said, I am a God, I sit in the seat of God, in the midst of the seas; yet thou art a man, and not God, though thou set thine heart as the heart of God:" Ezekiel 28:1-2

Here, we have the prophet, 'calling out,' the King of Tyre. Some try and rationalize the King of Tyre is a man, however, as we study the Bible, it will speak for itself.

"Behold, thou art wiser than Daniel; there is NO secret that they can hide from thee: With thy wisdom and with thine understanding thou hast gotten thee riches, and hast gotten gold and silver into thy treasures: By thy great wisdom and by thy traffick hast thou increased thy riches, and thine heart is lifted up because of thy riches: Therefore thus saith the Lord God; Because thou hast set thine heart as the heart of God; Behold, therefore I will bring strangers upon thee, the terrible of the nations: and they shall draw their swords against the beauty of thy wisdom, and they shall defile thy brightness." Ezekiel 28:3-7

This sounds like the same Lucifer from the 14 chapter of Isaiah that wants to be God and dwell in heaven as God but was sent to the earth to die like men!

Not convinced?

"Moreover the word of the Lord came unto me, saying, Son of man, take up a lamentation upon the king of Tyre, and say unto him, Thus saith the Lord God; Thou sealest up the sum, full of wisdom, and perfect in beauty. Thou hast been in Eden the garden of God; every precious stone was thy covering, the sardius, topaz, and the diamond, the beryl, the onyx, and the jasper, the sapphire, the emerald, and the carbuncle, and gold: the workmanship of thy tabrets and of thy pipes was prepared in thlee in the day that thou wast created." Ezekiel 28:11-13

We should know for sure now, that Ezekiel is referring to Satan the devil. For there were only 4 beings in Eden, the garden of God.
1. Adam
2. Eve
3. The Tree of Life
4. The tree of the knowledge of good and evil

Therefore, if the king of Tyre was there, then he must be one of these entities. We know Jesus is the Tree of Life from the 22nd chapter of Revelation. Adam and Eve were people that are 'currently dead and gone back to the dust according to Genesis chapter 3. Simple reasoning tells us then, that this Must be the same tree of the knowledge of good and evil under a different title, the king of Tyre. It is no surprise to us Bible study'ers that Satan rules the kingdoms of men, because that is what he offered Jesus after during His temptation in (Luke 4:5-7).

Lastly: "Thou art the anointed cherub that covereth; and I have set thee so: thou wast upon the holy mountain of God; thou hast walked up and down in the midst of the stones of fire. Thou wast perfect in thy ways from the day that thou wast created, till iniquity was found in thee." Ezekiel 28:14-15

Now we can be sure that we are not talking about a man, the one we are talking about is a cherub angel (just like Satan).

The Conclusion of the Matter:
Iniquity was found in Satan, this is why he was cast out of heaven to the earth.

When?

He was obviously kicked out before the creation of man or very shortly thereafter because he was present in the garden of Eden as we were reminded and Ezekiel chapter 28. Therefore iniquity was found in him (Satan) before Adam sinned.

Iniquity is defined as: Immoral or perverse behavior; Also known as sin or lawlessness.

Sin is also defined as: the transgression of the Law. How? "Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law: for sin IS the transgression of the law." 1 John 3:4

Food4Thought (You do the dishes): If iniquity was found in Lucifer BEFORE  Adam's creation, and iniquity equals sin, then why are Christians walking around saying that THE LAW was not until Moses?

Why do we allow people to call God's law the law of Moses? How is the law that even Satan was punished for Breaking somehow done away with because Jesus came in the flesh?

The answer: God's law is from everlasting to everlasting (Psalms 119:142) and it has Always existed and it will Never be done away with no matter how many Scriptures you twist out of context to your own destruction. (2Peter 3:15-16).

Feast of UB 2016 Volume 1: Jesus Took The Passover and Then Became The Passover

"The next day John seeth Jesus coming unto him, and saith, Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world."  John 1:29

"And looking upon Jesus as he walked, he saith, Behold the Lamb of God!"  John 1:36

Ever wonder why Jesus is called the Lamb of God?

Lambs are sacrificial animals, they will walk straight up to the slaughter although every animal before them is being killed. Lambs are, by the way, the only animals that behave in such a way.

What About Jesus:
"He was oppressed, and he was afflicted, yet he opened not his mouth:" Isaiah 53:7

When did Jesus behave this way?
On the Passover!
Because our God is a God of knowledge (1 Samuel 2:3), He has set this thing up so that when He came in the flesh, He could partake of the Passover, and become the Passover.
How?
In the beginning Jesus created the days in such a manner that most people would not recognize today.

"In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.

And God called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night. And the evening and the morning were the first day.

And God made the firmament, and divided the waters which were under the firmament from the waters which were above the firmament: and it was so. And God called the firmament Heaven. And the evening and the morning were the second day.

And the evening and the morning were the third day.

And the evening and the morning were the fourth day.

And the evening and the morning were the fifth day.

And God saw every thing that he had made, and, behold, it was very good. And the
were the sixth day." Genesis 1:1, 5, 7-8, 13, 19, 23, 31

God set the precedent in the beginning; A day is made up of the evening and the morning (in that order).  Therefore the day begins at night (sunset).  According to the Bible the evening comes before the morning.

Now, let's look at Christ:
"And it came to pass, when Jesus had finished all these sayings, he said unto his disciples, Ye know that after two days is the feast of the passover, and the Son of man is betrayed to be crucified."  Matthew 26:1-2

Jesus foretold that He was to be crucified during the Passover.

"Now the first day of the feast of unleavened bread the disciples came to Jesus, saying unto him, Where wilt thou that we prepare for thee to eat the passover? And he said, Go into the city to such a man, and say unto him, The Master saith, My time is at hand; I will keep the passover at thy house with my disciples. And the disciples did as Jesus had appointed them; and they made ready the passover.Matthew 26:17-19

Jesus disciples did NOT  prepare communion, they were NOT making ready the Last Supper, they made ready the PASSOVER!

And after their preparation, when did they begin to eat?

"Now when the even was come, he sat down with the twelve."  Matthew 26:20
After that the even came, they can begin the Passover.

"And as they were eating, Jesus took bread, and blessed it, and brake it, and gave it to the disciples, and said, Take, eat; this is my body. And he took the cup, and gave thanks, and gave it to them, saying, Drink ye all of it; For this is my blood of the new testament, which is shed for many for the remission of sins. But I say unto you, I will not drink henceforth of this fruit of the vine, until that day when I drink it new with you in my Father's kingdom." Matthew 26:26-29

Notice He didn't say I won't eat again, He said He won't drink of the fruit of the vine again (drink wine).  Immediately afterwards, Jesus prayed and then was betrayed.

"Rise, let us be going: behold, he is at hand that doth betray me. And while he yet spake, lo, Judas, one of the twelve, came, and with him a great multitude with swords and staves, from the chief priests and elders of the people. Now he that betrayed him gave them a sign, saying, Whomsoever I shall kiss, that same is he: hold him fast."  Matthew 26:46-48

From this moment Jesus began behaving like a sheep led to the slaughter.

"And the Lord spake unto Moses and Aaron in the land of Egypt, saying,  Speak ye unto all the congregation of Israel saying, in the tenth day of this month they shall take to them every man a lamb, according to the house of their fathers, a lamb for an house.  Your lamb shall be without blemish, a male of the first year: ye shall take it out from the sheep, or from the goats: And ye shall keep it up until the fourteenth day of the same month: and the whole assembly of the congregation of Israel shall kill it in the evening."  Exodus 12:1,3,5-6

Notice who needs to kill the Lamb... the Whole assembly of the Congregation.

Did this happen to Jesus?

"Then gathered the chief priests and the Pharisees a council, and said, What do we? for this man doeth many miracles. If we let him thus alone, all men will believe on him: and the Romans shall come and take away both our place and nation. And one of them, named Caiaphas, being the high priest that same year, said unto them, Ye know nothing at all, Nor consider that it is expedient for us, that one man should die for the people, and that the whole nation perish not. And this spake he not of himself: but being high priest that year, he prophesied that Jesus should die for that nation; And not for that nation only, but that also he should gather together in one the children of God that were scattered abroad. Then from that day forth they took counsel together for to put him to death."  John 11:47-53

The entire nation, and God's children scattered abroad!

"And Pilate, when he had called together the chief priests and the rulers and the people, Said unto them, Ye have brought this man unto me, as one that perverteth the people: and, behold, I, having examined him before you, have found no fault in this man touching those things whereof ye accuse him: No, nor yet Herod: for I sent you to him; and, lo, nothing worthy of death is done unto him. I will therefore chastise him, and release him. (For of necessity he must release one unto them at the feast.) And they cried out all at once<red>, saying, Away with this man, and release unto us Barabbas: (Who for a certain sedition made in the city, and for murder, was cast into prison.) Pilate therefore, willing to release Jesus, spake again to them. But they cried, saying, Crucify him, crucify him. And he said unto them the third time, Why, what evil hath he done? I have found no cause of death in him: I will therefore chastise him, and let him go. And they were instant with loud voices, requiring that he might be crucified. And the voices of them and of the chief priests prevailed.<CriMsON> And Pilate gave sentence that it should be as they required." Luke 23:13-24

Now in the daytime, the same day, Jesus is being sacrificed by all the people of Israel (Chief Priest and Pharasees).

"And it was about the sixth hour, and there was a darkness over all the earth until the ninth hour. And the sun was darkened, and the veil of the temple was rent in the midst. And when Jesus had cried with a loud voice, he said, Father, into thy hands I commend my spirit: and having said thus, he gave up the ghost. Now when the centurion saw what was done, he glorified God, saying, Certainly this was a righteous man. And all the people that came together to that sight, beholding the things which were done, smote their breasts, and returned."  Luke 23:44-48

May the Lord add a blessing to the celebration of His HIgh Sabbath!

Feast of Unleavened Bread Volume 2: ¿Abraham's Communion?

Many Christians confuse the Passover with a sacrament that is commonly called communion. The word communion is used in the Bible in refrence to Jesus and the Passover?

The word communion is defined as:  The sharing or exchanging of intimate thoughts and feelings, especially when the exchange is on amental or spiritual level.

Most of the world in general, and Christian in particular have no idea that Abraham took part in communion before Moses, David, or any of Jesus 12 disciples.
In fact the bread and wine that Jesus blessed and shared with his Apostles was a type of re-make of an event that took place approx. 1500 years prior (John 8:52-59).
Let's check it out:

"And it came to pass in the days of Amraphel king of Shinar, Arioch king of Ellasar, chedorlaomer king of Elam, and Tidal king of nations;  That these made war with Bera king of Sodom, and with Birsha king of Gomorrah, Shinab king of Admah, shemeber king of Zeboiim, and the king of Bela, which Zoar.  All these were joined together in the vale of Siddim, which is the salt sea. Twelve years they served Chedorlaomer, andi in the thirteenth year they rebelled.  And in the fourteenth year came Chedorlaaomer, and the kings that were with him, andm smotede the Pephaims in Ashteorth Karnaim, and the Zuzims in Ham, and the Emims in Shaveh Kiriathaim...
And they took all the goods of Sodom and Gomorrah, and all their victuals, and went their way.  And they took Lot, Abram's brother's son, who dwelt in Sodom, and his goods, and departed." Genesis 14:1-5, 11-12

Once upon a time their was a great war between 9 kings. Abraham's nephew lived in a city of one of the loser kings territory: Sodom.  Lot (Abram's nephew) was taken captive.

"And when Abram heard that his brother was taken captive, he armed his trained servants, born in his own house, three hundred and eighteen, and pursued them unto Dan. And he divided himself against them, he and his servants, by night, and smote them, and pursued them unto Hobah, which is on the left hand of Damascus. And he brought back all the goods, and also brought again his brother Lot, and his goods, and the women also, and the people. And the king of Sodom went out to meet him after his return from the slaughter of Chedorlaomer, and of the kings that were with him, at the valley of Shaveh, which is the king's dale."  Genesis 14:14-17

After Abram and his household servants accomplished what 4 kings couldn't (food 4 thought) the king of Sodom came out to meet Abram.  And another king also came out to met him:

"And Melchizedek king of Salem brought forth bread and wine: and he was the priest of the most high God."  Genesis 14:18

Melchizedek king of Salem communed with Abram for he brought forth bread and wine.   Why?  Because Melchizedek was the priest of the Most High God!
Being that this was a communion and Melchizedek was the a priest this church service also ended (notice it actually happens at the end of the interaction) with Father Abraham paying tithes.

"And he blessed him, and said, Blessed be Abram of the most high God, possessor of heaven and earth:  And blessed be the most high God, which hath delivered thine enemies into thy hand. And he gave him TITHES of all."  Genesis 14:19-20

FOOD 4 THOUGHT (You do the dishes):  Abraham, the first one in the Bible to have taken communion.
To find out who this Melchizedek is, check back for Volume 2.

May the Lord add a blessing to tthe reading of His Word;
